Nanaimo FC was founded in 2024 to give every child a chance to play, grow, and belong.
Play with Purpose
At Nanaimo City FC, we create space for kids who might feel left out of competitive leagues due to language, culture, or cost. Our focus is on fun, friendship, and building confidence through play. We help children develop essential life skills, from teamwork and self-worth to real human connection. In a world dominated by screens, we’re bringing kids back to the joy of shared experience and community. We are a 100% volunteer run registered non-profit organization, your donations power our mission and vision.

We foster inclusion by creating a space where cultural and language differences are celebrated, not barriers. We encourage courage in kids to try new things, build confidence, and grow through play. We teach respect for self and others, and we nurture friendship as one of the most powerful tools for healing, connection, and joy.
